Coordinator of Music (PT or FT), Our Lady of Hope, Ipswich – St. Paul Parish, Hamilton-Wenham, MA

The collaborative of Our Lady of Hope, Ipswich and Saint Paul, Hamilton-Wenham located on the North Shore seeks a talented musician with skills in organ and piano for a Coordinator of Music position. Our parishes are highly cohesive and pro-social and comprised of many families. As two separate and distinct parishes that work well together, we strive to do what we are called to do for the glory of God, for the good of our souls and the good of our brothers and sisters.

As two active Catholic churches, we follow Christ our Lord and continue the praise, the sacrifice and the witness of all those Catholics who have come before us over these past 2,000 years. We seek an enthusiastic person who will join us in proclaiming the beauty, the joy and the truth of God.

Candidate will:

• Arrange and perform liturgical music for weekend Masses, Saturday 4:00 PM, Sunday 9:30AM & 11:15AM
• Christmas Masses, Easter Masses, Funeral Masses, Wedding Ceremonies & Masses, First Communions, Confirmations, Holy Days of Obligations
• maintains and builds choirs with compensated rehearsals
• schedules alternate musicians as necessary
• generous per diem compensation;
• salaried position will be considered by pastor
