Worship Director (PT or FT), Holy Roads Catholic Community, Belmont, MA
WHO WE ARE: New Roads Catholic Community is a growing, mission-driven parish just outside Boston, committed to helping people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and experience the Church as a place of belonging, hope, and renewal.
We exist especially to reach those who feel disconnected from faith or unsure if the Church is for them. Our worship reflects that mission–energetic, accessible, and deeply rooted in the Catholic tradition while engaging people in the language and culture of today.

This role is responsible for shaping meaningful, excellent, and engaging worship experiences; developing musicians and volunteers; and helping lead our community in prayer through modern Catholic worship.
This position may be hired as full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s experience and whether technical/production responsibilities are included in the role. Work is to be done on-site at our parish offices in Belmont.
