Every case submitted to the Metropolitan Tribunal is assigned to a Collegiate Court in accordance with canonical norms. Each case is entrusted to three Judges, two Advocates, a Defender of the Bond, an Ecclesiastical Notary, and an Auditor. A decision is reached only when the truth has been proven and the judges have attained moral certitude.
